This project was for a school refurbishment.
Work at the school focused on improving classroom spaces. Large and flexible activity areas were created for modern learning. Accessibility throughout the building was enhanced via a lift to the first floor.
The M&E Services for the building were entirely replaced with new plant and distribution systems including LED lighting and high efficiency condensing boilerplant.
