22 units were demolished and re-built as part of the sheltered housing re-provisioning programme.
The new complex includes 33 one and two-bedroom homes, a visiting services room and scooter store, with nine bungalows specifically design for wheelchair users.
Full M&E services design including ventilation, heating, gas, thermal insulation, sprinklers, acoustic and vibration control, incoming electrical supplies, low voltage distribution and switchgear, sub-mains distribution, power installation, cable containment, lighting, emergency lighting, external lighting, fire alarm systems and warden call systems.
