A new build two storey community hub project which includes 3 GP Surgeries providing 10 Consulting Rooms and treatment rooms including Social Work, District Nurse and Health Visitor Offices.
Space heating is provided via underfloor heating within the main atrium space and a mixture of LST pattern radiators. 25m² of roof mounted photovoltaics are being provided including an automatic lighting controls system will be provided using PIR/Microwave sensors.
