The Halo Hub project, based in Kilmarnock, is the first phase of a planned 28 acre regeneration of the former site of the Johnnie Walker Scotch Whiskey facility in Kilmarnock and is designed to provide an exciting environment for digital, manufacturing and cyber businesses. Halo comprises a new build mixed used 4 storey building including a public café, retail space and 3 storeys of lettable office space.
The HALO Enterprise and Innovation Centre (HEIC) will be BREEAM Outstanding – a world class sustainability assessment method for master planning projects – to offer a high-spec flexible workplace environment for start-up and growing businesses. HB were employed to complete the M&E Services design to BIM Level 2.
