A new development provides 184 new homes with a range of size, types and tenures across the site to create a fully balanced and inclusive community.
These comprise:
• Accessible homes -10% of the affordable housing complies with Housing for Varying Needs
requirements for Ambulant Disabled People and 10% with requirements for wheelchair users.
These dwellings are indistinguishable from mainstream housing.
• Energy efficient homes.
• 35% of housing is for families with children.
Hawthorne Boyle were appointed to undertake the Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) Engineering design.
