The Construction of a new two storey office building at Quarry Road in Irvine. The building houses the office headquarters for a local leisure company and work spaces for Ayrshire Business Gateway, who aim to support local entrepreneurs and business start-ups. Flexible open-plan office spaces and shared meeting rooms on the ground floor will allow business ventures to grow and expand, promoting and encouraging local employment.
Hawthorne Boyle were involved throughout this project, from initial design for North Ayrshire Council through to Construction Stage with Clark Contracts under Novation. We carried out full M&E design including SBEM and EPC provision, achieving extremely good results with the provision of condensing gas plant and solar PV’s.
