New mains switchgear serving the whole campus and new build teaching/link buildings. High efficiency lighting throughout with dynamic daylight linked control whilst allowing user intervention, and emergency lighting monitoring. Heating and cooling via a VRV reverse cycle heat pump supplemented by gas fired boiler plant in ancillary areas, with underfloor heating to link building which is naturally ventilated via BMS controlled automatic ventilators.
