Assessment and remodelling of existing hotel heating and water services plant, to improve heating circulation water pressure and hot water production in all areas of the hotel, plus new services for proposed stand-alone holiday lodges with hot tubs.
We are also looking at the feasibility of upgrading an existing steadings block to provide additional accommodation, and possibly additional bedrooms within the existing hotel footprint.
