Five storey extension to existing hotel comprising Restaurant, Bar and Café, 27 rooms including a total M&E design. The biggest challenge was to design the services in such a way as not to necessitate the upgrade the existing incoming services.
M&E services provided hot and cold water services, air conditioning, ventilation, above ground drainage, electrical mains distribution, lighting and small power, information technology, WiFi etc, fire alarm and security systems.
