A new build multi purpose Community Centre in Livingston for West Lothian Council.
The centre facilities include a main hall, playgroup / general purpose room, Internet Café/Youth Drop in Centre, kitchen and Meeting Rooms.
Services were designed for energy efficiency within the client’s budgetary constraints, and we carried out SBEM and EPC production and supplied information for the project BREEAM assessment.
