A development of 98 homes spread across five new build blocks on the site of a former naval base in Greenock, Inverclyde.
Situated in a prominent seafront location upon the shores of the Clyde, this project seeks to introduce a robust landscape setting for a new residential development with discrete parking, whilst exploiting the opportunity to provide public access and amenity along the waterfront.
Services provided by HB involved all systems associated with the Mechanical and Electrical installations which included feature lighting and photo-voltaic panels linked to the tenant’s consumer unit, providing reduction to energy bills.
