Social housing development of 75 units comprising of 2 storey houses, 3 storey flats and housing for varying needs in Easterhouse. The houses and flats are designed to allow future flexibility and to encourage a ‘lifetime homes’ approach to the developments usage.

Services provided by HB involved all systems associated with the Mechanical and Electrical installations. As part of the combined design team effort to achieve a BREEAM Ecohomes rating of Excellent, the design incorporates a number of energy efficient engineering systems and feasibility studies for introduction of future sustainable technologies were provided to the client for consideration. Heat recovery ventilation systems were installed in all houses, in conjunction with condensing gas boilers.
