The Willowbank project is a stunning mix of conversion and new build offering 178 student beds to higher education students of Glasgow. Located within the Woodlands Conservation Area in the city’s West End, CCG carefully restored the former Willowbank Primary School as well as constructing three new blocks of apartments. The apartments on offer to students have been provided in a mixture of single and double rooms as well as 3 and 5 bed cluster studios.
A low carbon footprint has been achieved through a range of measures including a combined heat and power plant and good links to public transport including the provision of 90 cycle parking spaces.
