Developed by the McSense Group, the £2.2M social enterprise centre in Mayfield, comprises around 16000ft² of business incubator units, office and light industrial space to new, fledgling and expanding businesses with the aim of generating sustainable employment within the local area.

Engineering design features include gas fired boilers, lighting, fire alarm, intruder alarm, car park, external lighting, VRV2 cooling, Mechanical ventilation, power, domestic hot water all designed for maximum flexibility to suit a variety of potential splits for let.
